We are the Ransom Family. As a child, my parents brought us to Hawai‘i a few times, and from the very first visit, I was captivated by the islands’ calm, welcoming spirit. Each time I stepped off the plane, that same gentle sense of peace would wash over me— a feeling that drew us back to Hawai‘i again and again over the years.

In time, opportunity aligned — and with the wonderful guidance of Blake Kessner at Knutson & Associates, we were able to acquire this luxurious 3-bedroom penthouse condo in beautiful Kailua-Kona. What began as a long-held dream became our family’s vacation home, and now, it’s our joy to share it with travelers from around the world.
